I watched the TV shows just this winter and really liked it. Reading was even better as you get even more details and can better remember the facts that are sometimes presented too fast on TV, also there's more information and details.
Altogether a great book and I can't wait to read the next one. I really liked the way the chapters are written from a different character's viewpoint.
