I can't remember where I spotted this book. In a list somewhere online maybe, or in a bookshop. In any case, I got a copy from the library to have a look.

Oh, I just remembered where I came across this! I was reading a book by Arthur C Clarke and then discovered an award in his name for science fiction writing. I looked up some of the winners and the concept of this one really caught me.
