I picked up the Jumper series after a shoutout from Tom Scott on the Lateral podcast and so far the series has been about what I was hoping it would be: fun "light reading" sci-fi page-turners, if not much more than that. “Impulse” has more of a YA vibe than “Jumper” (and certainly more than “Reflex”), which some readers may dislike (but I certainly didn't mind)
