Herzog dedicates a pretty decent word count to stories of the people he has met in his journey. I think that speaks highly of him as an artist and person.

Great read.

I spent a month and change inside Herzog’s head. I’m finally getting out of it. But I think he’ll stay in my head for a long time.

The Unfinished Projects chapter is my favorite chapter in the book so far.

The book is a relatively serene one until Klaus Kinski makes an appearance on 90.

Bubba Ho-tep is at its core about two people regaining their dignity long after the world has stopped acknowledging it.

It is also laugh-out-loud funny, vulgar, silly.

It’s one of the most beautiful novellas I’ve ever read. I’m sure I’ll re-re-read it again and again.

Bubba Ho-Tep made me laugh out loud multiple times. I can’t think of another novel that has done that.

I’ve invited Werner Herzog into my mind. What can possibly go wrong?

The Creative Act is a great book. It offers encouragement to embrace the wonderful creative energy that is innate to all of us. And pursue its calling.

I’ll definitively re-read this book.

The Para Method is the companion to Tiago Forte’s Building A Second Brain. It offers great advice on how to actually implement the ideas in Building A Second Brain.

I’m getting close to finishing the first half of the book.

So far the book has helped me see the of the positives of my experience as a person with ADHD.

I’m looking forward to reading the second half.
