I should have "made my heart a stone", I'm never going to emotionally recover from this π
An excellent conclusion to what has turned into my favorite Fantasy series. I can't recommend these books enough, they have everything:
Witty banter? β A diverse cast of characters? β A fully realized world on the brink of war? β People navigating complex moral choices? β Political drama? β Romance? β Magic?..... β Whicked cool sword fights??β
My ONLY complaint is about stuff that gets revealed in the concluding chapters and I can't really write about it here. Still an amazing concluding chapter and a fantastic trilogy!!

I'm still deciding on where I land with this book, 2/5 might be a bit harsh. Maybe a 2.5 or even a 3?
It's definitely one of the weaker SK books I've read, and it's the latest in a string of his books that I didn't enjoy π
