It was ok. Events happened, characters interacted, everything was quite heroic, I loved the message of how to get out of the abyss. The epic genre remains tantalising to me though. It's just out of reach of me falling for it. There's too much room for small inconsistencies or lapses in logic which pull me out of the story.
