Rainer König reviewed Lost connections by Johann Hari

5 stars
A very interesting book about depression. Johann describes his journey from being told that something in his brain chemistry is out of balance towards the insight, what factors really contribute to depression.
You will learn about the lost connections between people and why it is important to are part of a social group. You will learn abotu interesting housing projects in Berlin and about a test run for an universal basic income which was done in Canada in the 1970's.
And at the end you will know that it needs more than just some pills to fight depression. Highly recommended reading for everybody, no matter if you're depressed or not.
