Very interesting book about IT processes. Being in software development myself I can easily relate to the problems that are described in the book. Its a must read for every software developer or IT administrator. A real page turner, once you started you can hardly stop reading.
The only "fairy tale" I spotted is that the hierarchy was easy to convince to get a budget for the improvement projects. In (at least my) reality this looks quite different.
