These graphic novels are such a refreshing departure from the dark fantasy/ sci-fi series I gravitate towards. I love how everything in this book feels so natural, from the friendships to more complex issues like navigating sexuality and dealing with crushes. All of the characters are so interesting and funny and human, and I'm so glad a series like this exists for teens!
