I was captured by the cover and the photos inside, which are ... I would say ... soothing. Then I began to read it and I've got goosebumps here and there with the combination text + images.
So, I'd say it's a fully enjoyable book even though, for my taste, there's a lot of God in it, actually, being honest there's too much of Him.

Pretty boring.
There're very few images worth such a great edition: hardcopy, big format, nice paper.
The chronological order clusters similar images all together, taking away a possible aesthetic rhythm, and making the book similar to a calendar. Yuk!
Too bad.

Every photographer, both amateur and professional, should read this book. It'll make you think about the huge power of your medium and the way to enjoy it even more.
Also great as a help for new photo projects.
