Honest and simple

I normally don't really care for this kind of self-help branded book, but I've read two other such books that were translated by the same translator, and I really enjoyed them, so I thought I'd give this a try too. I wouldn't say that it's anything groundbreaking or anything, but it was really simple and pleasant to read. The author's not trying to sell some foolproof plan that makes you magically love yourself or be a good person--it's just a book full of small anecdotes that can give you something to think about as a reader.

Everything is broken down into different sections and then within the sections there are different "topics" that you can approach. Honestly I can see this being a book that you pull off your shelf and just read one or two of the points before putting it away again.
