I think I've hit saturation point with this trilogy. I've had enough of it and I just want to be done with it. I think it's because I like almost none of the characters, I'm sympathetic to maybe only one of them and we haven't interacted with her for some time.

@pelagikat it is IMO a hard surface of political fiction I bounced off because it resembles no possible politics I could imagine. Just a strange set of books

@pelagikat I do like the whole thing overall, but definitely felt ready to be done with this set of people by the end.

@ansate @pelagikat His later works are certainly better, but I still find myself feeling this way towards the end of many of his books.
