Now that I'd done the work to learn about the world that Ann Leckie created, I found myself getting into the sequel more than I had initially with Ancillary Justice. I realized the meat of the book was spent on what seemed like a side story, but it ending up tying in nicely and the sphere of the world we got to spend the most time in was interesting. I think I will definitely read the last book, as well.
