I really enjoyed this. The structure of it meant that it began at the lowest tier of the ladder where the information seemed "oldschool" and "common knowledge" but as it rose up the ladder of management, there were some really great tips for managing teams, keeping people motivated, dealing with change etc. All great stuff.
