Though I wasn't made more resilient by the book. However, my perspective on resilience has changed. If that's correct, I'm stronger than I thought I was despite my depression and the limitations it brought about. I make the best decision I can given the circumstances.

I did, however, feel that the case studies were a little bit overdone.
