Very repetitive and full of self praise

3 stars

Disclaimer: i read it ages ago

I think the central ideas of the book is good and very useful for working with other people. The 6 thinking hats structures different perspectives and the technique is a good approach to value and utilize different opinions and to channel resistance productively.

That the good stuff. I found the writing style very annoying. The book is full of repeating examples and self praise were Edward de Bono tells again and again how he solved a problem by applying this method.

I remember thing "this book should have been 16 pages not 160" during reading it.
