In this book, there was an incredible amount of potential, and that's why the disappointment is immense when all of it went to waste. The book's world and environment were barely described, the characters were similar to each other, shallow, and annoying, lacking depth. I don't understand why most of the book was characters bickering with each other about nothing. The magic was all over the place and very confusing, and the theoretical and philosophical discussions were meaningless. The revelation at the end was good, but unfortunately, it's not enough to save the book.
