I really enjoy Kevin Hearne's Iron Druid series. As it hits its 6th book, I really got a taste for how well Hearne has been handling cross-book foreshadowing. Events are popping up that call back to things that were mentioned almost in passing in the first book. Not to mention the well-written Gaiman-esque treatment of deities. The treatment of the Olympians, both Roman and Greek, was pretty great with both similarities and disparities played up. Overall, the series is just an extremely good treatment of urban fantasy, with interesting magic and interesting characters.
