Read it for a book club, and must say I really liked it. I can see how it influenced other books of the same genre, and it reminded me of Rex Stout's Nero Wolfe series every now and then. This would have made for a great Murder Mystery board game. Love it!

Loved learning about why we sleep and the science of what happens when we sleep. Liked learning about both the benefits of getting enough sleep, and the negatives of not getting enough sleep.

And while I agree that technology has come to stay, and the help it can be with getting better sleep, I'm also more skeptical when it comes to share that data with just about anyone than the author of this book.
