i started reading this cuz i was interested in cyberpunk and like i think i kinda see what he's trying to do but it also kinda sucks lol

will revisit this thought when i finish it tho

i read "common cyborg" by jillian weise. definitely gave me a lot to think about (how i use tech, etc.) especially when contrasted to the cyborg manifesto (which i haven't read all of actually, but i think i have a sense of the general gist)

i think they do a pretty good job of explaining stuff so far, but man...the way they describe some stuff is questionable

like how the hell are you simply going to refer to wernher von braun as a "german emigre"

one of my friends said "yeah kaladin isn't great with women" ... there's a reason for that (home of sexual)

anyways this shit rules and i've started oathbringer

i admit i was a little doubtful at first but i couldn't put it down

a worthy first choice for my attempts at rebuilding my reading ability!

not in love with all of the stories in here, but that's why i like collections like this!! i read things that normally wouldn't grab me!!! finding it generally enjoyable to read tho!!
