This got more shocking with every page and in the end I couldn't put it down. There is so many other turns this could have taken as well. The reader can really step inside the protagonists head and see how she is justifying her actions to herself. We also see that basically evey character is flawed and acts for their own benefit. This was also an interesting insight into the publishing industry and how authors and books are picked and Bestsellers are made.

I haven't read much poetry, so I didn't really know what to expect. This was recommended to me to get through a breakup. And honestly it kind of helped. Sometimes you just need someone else to put your feelings into words if you cannot. I was reading it very slowly, while I was living through the phases described in the book. Would recommend for anyone dealing with heartbreak, loss, crisis or I don't know - general disappointment with life. Though the authors wrote it specifically for and about women. It's out of print but you can still get the ebook.
