This is my first serious anti-recommendation in a long time.

Mindless pro-suicide material has no place on my shelf, and I'm not giving this to anyone, so for the first time in years a book has landed directly in the trash. Thing seems ground up designed to make folks feel like crap, like there's no solution, and self destruction is the path.

So hey, feeling like crap? Nab some Diane Duane, some David Weber, some V1 or V3 Nightcrawler - anything but this. Sometimes the world is, no really, utterly awful - and grinding through, finding folks to be with, and getting some good fiction along the way can help.
