Janet Ahlberg, Allan Ahlberg: The Jolly Postman or Other People's Letters (Hardcover, 1999, Puffin)

Cute but frustrating.

The inconsistent rhyming scheme is really frustrating from the perspective of flow; it really makes it difficult to read through it and not feel like you read it incorrectly.

It's a cute book that uses fairy tales and could actually be really useful in teaching different kinds of letters/mail. It shows personal letters/postcards, apology letters, advertisements, business letters, legal letters, etc. I like that aspect of it, and I thought it was pretty adorable as a whole.
