As a slow learner, during the years I had to constantly remind myself that deliberate practice, and the willing to overcome obstacles are truly the keys to open up a world of possibilities.

It was fairly well-structured and cogent. I think it was heavy on anecdotes for my taste, though I can see how it'd be effective for illustrating principles to a greater variety of people. I'm certainly glad I read it!
