It was imaginative and thrilling. The rules of the magic system felt a little loose, almost like some of them were hastily added late.
I thought this was a clever and imaginative story. Holly Black always impresses, but it wasn't quite the page turner some of her YA books are. Still, I would read a sequel for sure.

DNF im not even on page 100 and im so bored already... disappointed because it was a very anticipated release
