OK, yeah that joke is back. So let's have a word about gay being a joke: Just say no.
The rest of this is pretty damn solid still, but the recurring, "Nope, not gay, this is gay," Crap is almost enough to make me eject. I'm seriously happy that the show took that and just forcibly planted it directly on its head.
