Quite a story

short but sweet adventure that really showcases what happens when sherlock holmes meets his match, couldve been more fleshed out the ending felt a bit rushed but still quite good.

Well that was shorter than I thought it was going to be.

This is the first Sherlock book I have read and it is pretty good. It is the first time you meet Irene Adler and can see why Sherlock will become obsessed with her, she is pretty formidable.

I just wish the story was a bit longer.

I blew through the free Kindle collection of Sherlock Holmes stories in about two weeks. They were pretty silly. The situations were unlikely, and the creaky Victorian underpinnings were a bit embarrassing in places. I don't know that I'll be seeking out more Holes stories in the near future.
