Lots of interesting stuff here, although at this point I've seen the concepts cited in so many places that I didn't learn that many new things from it. (ego depletion, decision fatigue, the marshmallow experiment, etc.)

A nice self-helpy science book, "Willpower" interestingly recites the newest findings on how humans manage to hold off on our desires to achieve greater results. From studying to quitting smoking to getting things done, the insights here are of broad interest to anyone who wants to make their life better. Also manages to hold your interest through celebrity anecdotes and funny experiment descriptions.
