When post-Earth Humans meet
This book wasn't what I expected, and it consistently defied typical storylines. What happens when the last Humans on Earth catch up with a colony of Humans started centuries before on a distant planet.
Not quite what you'd think, actually. The story was as relaxed as the colony we meet, and yet it drew me along to a fairly satisfying conclusion. Worth reading!
Every short story ever written by the man who invented the geosynchronous telecommunications satellite. Superb and complete. The White Hart stories are his masterpieces, and all of them are here. British, twentieth-century, forward-looking and refreshing.
