This may just be my favorite cookbook ever.
Or I may just have a hopeless crush on Mark Bittman's prose.
The section on veggie burgers alone is worth the price of entry.
A truly, truly wonderful book. I was so jazzed by this I bought also his earlier bestselling (omnivore) tome, How to Cook Everything, and also his earlier book, Fish, and intend to devour both as soon as I wrap up this massive book.

What a treasure.
