Review of 'Mort' on 'Goodreads'

5 stars

It's not surprising at all That Terry Pratchett engages you with a fun, feel good, and easy to read book. The surprising bit is that the whole book is about Death. And it's still light-hearted and funny.
Death is an endearing character. (It truly is!) and the whole magic of living and dying is preserved with beautiful images and defiance of reality itself.
It is oddly profound while remaining fun and making fun of itself. And the best teaching of the book?
Everytime Death says "There is no justice. There is only me"
