A simple and interesting book about the author's life and adventures in different countries, work gigs, and everything related to food. Some interesting recipes involved, some even veganisable. Some alcoholic drinks. But I very much appreciate his love of food and wish I had someone to learn from regarding the impressive everyday meals and feasts like he had his mother.
