@Arpathia as a fan of ancient Greek literature, tragedy and romance, I won't miss the chance to read this.

@snowcrash lol I forgot about my account for a while but I hope you read it! You definitely won't regret it regardless of the emotional tumble it will give you :'). And from a greek perspective it does a wonderful job keeping and showcasing the ancient greek setting. I read it in greek and I couldn't tell it had been written by a foreigner. I've seen quite a few cases where the modern writing style or some vocabulary and interactions ruin the immersion but Madeline Miller is a master at respecting and understanding the time period. And as a greek person it was rly refreshing to see, that's why I picked up some of her other books as well
