Olivie Blake and vampires just mesh well, it was short and in that sense easy to read, but I feel like I had skipped some scenes and was a little lost at times, but in 200 pages I felt for the characters and enjoyed the plot

I was curious about this romance following an ex cam girl being the nanny for the kid of her ex top subscriber/crush, well it was done well enough haha i liked the kid and the crazy grandma character, even though I enjoyed the romance, the sexy scenes were hot but too numerous for me compared to "romantic" moments between the two, book was too long too, still good^^

I liked the setting in "Hell" Shanghai, then mortal shanghai, and even other parts of the Heavenly Realm (all in less than 350 pages)

This author draws on mythology, while having Ling, a fresh, "irreverent character with familial and societal values close to her diaspora heart" (true, she's half goddess half vampire) and a 1930s Shanghai setting to boost it up

Plot and characters great

Like the Soulmate Equation, i loved how the authors played with this DNA app that finds your soulmate, the characters were fun and interesting, Fizzy is very funny, it was a bit long but I was into it for most of the book, I enjoyed the ending

Also loved seeing the fangirlism from the authors in the aknowledgements, purple blood for life

Very fun and sexy, while having other subjects, the romance is well done, and the side characters are cute

DNF at 40%, there is not enough "romance" happening for a romance lol, but the writing is good and the cover is so pretty thats too bad

I dont know if this series is underrated, or I just dont know it, but I enjoy it, even with the art style not being to my taste or the story not being that original, the character work is great

Hum, im sorry Abby Jimenez you can't get our hopes up thinking men like Jacob exist, he was amazing, as our girlie, I will try another book by this author with pleasure

Book 2 following a different paladin, and though the romance was good, I loved the characters they were so cute, but the plot takes a lot of "page time", and I was not a fan of it, plus it was, or felt, very long, but it had a lot of funny moments^^

I enjoyed this one more than the first one ! It was fun, some of their dialogues made me laugh out loud, sexy, touching, some groveling at the end, thank you
