I would have a better use of this story when I was about to leave my country back in 2014 but I can pull some tips 5 years later, the stories are Stoic in nature thus they will never get old.
I missed the intellectual part in that book though, the challenges described where 90% physical and we aren't monkeys, after all, it is hard to relate your life to that of David's, nothing in common to say the least and his ghostwriters failed to make it something more than 'pumping iron' stories.

I will still buy the paperback version for my shelves, I wish it was jucier though
