That was a bit of a wild ride. The pacing was a bit tricky and to start with I couldn't get into it but by the end I was invested. The ending was a little bit disappointing for me.

I really enjoyed this book. I didn't really know what to expect going into it and I ended up loving it. The plot is relatively complex and there's time travel and stuff but it pays off. Can't wait to read the sequels when they are released.

Took me a few weeks but I finally chewed my way through it. Thoroughly enjoyable pulp sci-fi. It has been fun to read this whilst also playing Cyberpunk 2077 and think about how the two might cross over.

I really enjoyed this book, lots of prototypical language that clearly laid foundations for "The Matrix" but also Cyberpunk (the tabletop system and subsequently the video game). also retrospectively recognised some nods to this book from The Expanse series. Some weirdly trippy stuff in there too.
