@loppear, what made you stop? Why so eager to start all over? (I've also had the first two in the series gathering dust on my shelf; the comparisons to Wolfe both encouraged me to buy them, but also intimidate me from starting them.)

@lucasrizoli I've had this one on my shelf since it came out, but books on my shelf have a habit of being passed over repeatedly -so, nothing to do with this book per se, read the others spaced out as they came out, two pairs of books really (that is, you can feel satisfied after reading the first two). Simply incredibly ambitious, a lot riding on this conclusion.
