Daan Wynen reviewed Le monde sans fin by Christophe Blain
Great book, even though I disagree at times
5 stars
I read this book in a bit of a frenzy. It's very well written and presented. The "let me present the facts" part was great, no notes. Besides that however, the other "main point" of the book is an argument in favour of nuclear (fission) power. And Jancovici makes a compelling case; good enough that I had to pause and was great to have been confronted with it. I won't go into the details of how and how much I changed my views as a result, that's out of scope here. But I think the book is well worth a read. The comic book form really makes it very approachable, without dumbing it down.
