I was excited for this one and it was nice to look at, but somehow the specific combination of its presentation kinda pissed me off. Girl, stop working so hard! You're allowed to eat food! What's with all the male gaze shots? Stop and watch the fireworks! I also normally like when manga has pages with no text to let the art shine, but this almost felt more like an art book than a story sometimes... I think it's probably a great book but not for me, not right now.

@origami I also wouldn't want to really read about how hard work is fun because I currently think that hard work is not something to be covered in rainbows and sparkly stickers.

And in terms of level of annoyance, I guess I can compare it to when I read what I referred to in my review as "Incel: The Novel." I don't have energy to read 150 page novella inside the mind of an incel. I see enough of the repercussions of that already on the internet 😌
