cozy fantasy

I love cozy fantasy and I loved this. if you liked legends and lattes then you will like this.

a blood mage who just retired from the northern guard finds friends and home in retirement.

no real romance really. like a smidge at the end

there are gay people in this book. i love gay people, but if you don't like gay people maybe don't read it or at least don't down rate it for that. gay people don't really pop up until the end

no sex. no fade to black. no sex of any kind ever.

no harem.
