Review of "Doctor Who: Nothing O'Clock: Eleventh Doctor (Doctor Who 50th Anniversary E-Shorts Book 11)" on 'Goodreads'
4 stars
Neil Gaiman writing the Eleventh Doctor? How could I resist? This is a delightfully creepy story, set near the beginning of the Eleventh Doctor's travels with Amy Pond. In the Kin, an ancient foe of the Time Lords, Neil Gaiman has created a worthy and intriguing adversary. The story reads just like an episode of Doctor Who, with spot-on characterisation and dialogue, and nice little nods to Doctor Who continuity scattered throughout. Recommended.
