This book is short. Only around 140 pages, but clearly it was written by a poet because there is a lot packed into those few pages. It introduces the concepts of meter, tone, diction, and form. I can see using this as a quick reference whenever I'm reading/writing.
A great intro to poetry, but it still went over my head a few times. What I need is this, but in, like, slang.
