Wonderful YA graphic novel that's as much about dealing with your cultural identity as an immigrant as it is about the creepy ghost. Well worth your time.
This was a charming story of a girl and her ghost. It was a really quick read, and I enjoyed it, despite some superficialness to the story (which is almost a necessity in graphic novels). A really nice coming-of-age story that explores the minefield of being a teenager... that just happens to have a ghost best friend. Starts off nice, turns creepy real fast.
Not so hype on the slut-shaming character.
A reread, since Vera signed my second copy of the book at SDCC, but still so SO good!
