I read this because I've seen it referenced in a multiple places, so I wanted to see what I was missing. Plus, I always find it interesting to see how other "coaches" are positioning their work and what they do. This is 100% self-help, so anyone who finds that genre distasteful shouldn't waste their time. I appreciated her voice as an author - she has great energy and the book is very conversational. I can see where it could provoke an epiphany for someone who is governed by obligations or "shoulds." It didn't really cover any new ground for me, and she got a bit woo-woo for my taste with her emphasis on a higher power and manifesting things. Again, I can see where and why she has an audience - it's just not me.

This was a really fun book, and it's changed the way that I think about daily life. I need to implement some of Sincero's methodologies other than the daily meditation that I've picked up.
