A solid conclusion to the great war if a predictable one. Cindy's spy story is probably the highlight of this volume, of a little too heavy on exposition. The low point is the friend zone resolution of blue and red's relationship, which obviously made sense to Bill, but is just a massive reversal of what had been set up previously. What now.
