I enjoyed the movie alright, but liked the book more. More 80s, more retro gaming and compu, great stuff. If I had read the book first and known what was missing from the movie, I don’t think I would have enjoyed it as much. Wil Wheaton was a good choice as narrator for the audio book.

I don't know. I didn't get it. I wanted to call it a "coming of age" story, but I'm not sure they learned anything, didn't really grow up. Parts of it were interesting, there was some passages where I enjoyed the writing, the language. But mostly I'm not sure what the point was.
