I seem to be having a King renaissance. I loved them as a kid, but Misery put me off for a long time! It's nice to be back.
I vaguely wonder if I've read it before, but probably not. Bloody brilliant thriller. Plenty of adult themes and language and my knowledge of racial slurs is poor so it took me a while to figure out some of the setting.

A read that got better through the book. The first few chapters felt very clumsy, but maybe I was struggling to get into the language. The wrap up chapter to close was a surprise. I also wasn't a fan of the incest (shock, horror).
