Much better than I thought it would be but still not sure if it really lives up to the hype. Doesn't offer much to be honest, just a sometimes bleak, sometimes boring, sometimes very real story about immortality. If you read carefully though, it is very relatable even if not written that well or has too much to say. I would guess that is the charm of it though, and to be honest it did work, so I will read Anéantir / Annihilation soon.
