book was ok. Like most Self Help book, it goes to great lengths to try and sell you a concept that seems common sense.
The biggest take away I got from the book is to make a large goal and then subdivide the goal into smaller, manageable chunks that encourage you to keep at the main goal. Doing this incentivizes you to keep chasing it without overdoing it.
