This was a very interesting book. Like all of Card's books, his writing carried the story. As a reader, I was absolutely fascinated by the story. As a historian, I was intrigued by the possibilities. Yet at the same time, I am a bit perturbed at the blatant wholesale rewriting of history to something "better" -- but whose better? Card's values color the entire storyline and I'm not sure if I agree with them all. Fascinating book that gave me a lot to think about.
